Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Territory Manager for GI products covering Las Vegas and Albuquerque. The role focuses on driving adoption, educating providers, and executing a compliant territory plan.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize access and sales across the GI portfolio. The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in pharma or B2B sales, with the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Resides in or near assigned geography (Las Vegas or Albuquerque).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on clinical attributes for GI products using approved materials.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources and plan guidance.
• Complete training and certification programs for all responsible products and disease states.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement and sales leadership for total account management.
• Create call plans and manage territory coverage to maximize access.
• Document customer interactions in CRM for territory analytics and compliance.
