Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of Salix GI products through a defined geography. You will educate providers, implement territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and patient outcomes.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience. Travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license are expected as part of ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Resides in or near the assigned geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history for travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on clinical attributes for GI products within the territory.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve business results.
• Educate healthcare providers on prescribed use of products and provide patient support resources.
• Complete training and certification programs for responsible products and disease states.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in meetings to optimize territory performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for total account management and reimbursement guidance.
