Surgical Solutions is seeking a Lead Technician in New York, NY to manage hospital accounts and oversee daily operations. You will supervise Surgical Solutions Technicians, schedule shifts, ensure compliance, and act as a backup to the Account Supervisor, supporting OR and sterile processing teams.

Responsibilities include GI services, SPD sterilization, instrument management, and maintaining records in SCMP.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• CRCST certification required; CER preferred.
• 1-3 years operating room or SPD experience; supervisory aid preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and agency software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform endoscope cleaning, leak testing, and sterilization per IFU.
• Assist with pre-operative setup, intra-operative support, post-operative turnover.
• Maintain sterilization standards for instruments and equipment.
• Manage SPD records, inventory, and compliance with procedures.
• Supervise and train Surgical Solutions Technicians; schedule shifts.
• Use SCMP to enter data, assign tasks, and validate accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact at hospitals; resolve issues with OR staff.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage readiness and maintain professional conduct.
