Job summary

Surgical Solutions seeks a Lead Technician to manage hospital accounts and oversee day-to-day operations at one or more hospitals. You will report to the Account Supervisor/Manager and back them up, including scheduling and supervising a team of Surgical Solutions Technicians within the OR and sterile processing teams.

You will lead, train, and supervise technicians, ensure professional conduct, and coordinate coverage for on-call, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CRCST certification required; CER certification preferred.
• 1-3 years in the Operating Room or Sterile Processing Department; frontline supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and ability to build teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital accounts and day-to-day operations across locations.
• Lead, train, and supervise Surgical Solutions Technicians and coordinate performance.
• Schedule shifts, monitor timekeeping, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with OR staff and maintain regulatory standards.
