ADP, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Lead Technician to manage hospital accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple locations.

The role reports to the Account Supervisor and acts as their backup, including coverage for time off. The Lead Technician will supervise Surgical Solutions Technicians, assist with scheduling and compliance, and collaborate with OR teams to maintain efficient operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CRCST certification required.
• CER certification preferred.
• 1–3 years in the Operating Room or Sterile Processing Department.
• Frontline supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage hospital accounts and oversee day-to-day operations at multiple locations.
• Supervise Surgical Solutions Technicians; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance and maintain professional relationships with OR staff.
• Operate within the Surgical Cost Management Platform and ensure data accuracy.
