Job summary

Snoqualmie Valley Health is seeking a Lead Sterile Processing Technician/Surgical Technologist to provide technical leadership and support across Sterile Processing and OR services. You will guide instrument processing, sterilization, and perioperative workflows while collaborating with multiple teams to promote patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Surgical Technology, Sterile Processing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• CRCST certification through HSPA or CSPDT certification through CBSPD and CST through NBSTSA.
• Additional specialty certifications related to sterile processing, surgical technology, or perioperative services are preferred.
• Certifications must be maintained in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Sterile Processing and Surgical Tech staff.
• Coordinate workflow between Sterile Processing and OR teams.
• Ensure compliance with IFUs and regulatory standards.
• Support staff competency, education, and quality improvement.
