Mayo Clinic is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) for the GI suite at Gonda 2 South. This role focuses on circulating and assisting during GI procedures, coordinating care with pre/post teams, and educating patients and families. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

TN sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates. The position is nonexempt, part-time with 48 hours per pay period, typically Monday–Friday days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) valid for 90 days post start date; additional certifications as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the procedural setting.
• Circulate and assist in the GI procedural suite.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in pre/post areas to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and families; orient colleagues and peers.
• Support nursing practice within Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
