Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Gonda 2 South Surgical Services: Outpatient Procedure Center, Procedural RN, to circulate and assist in the GI procedural suite. The RN will collaborate with pre/post teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and educate patients and families.

This role requires an RN license with BLS, and offers flexible hours with TN sponsorship eligibility for qualifying candidates, plus opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Graduate of a nursing program per ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care in the procedural setting.
• Circulate and assist in the GI procedural suite.
• Collaborate with pre/post area nursing staff to plan, implement and evaluate patient care; educate patients and families.
• Coordinate nursing care and transitions of care; participate in leadership and quality improvement efforts.
