Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Gonda 2 South Surgical Services: Outpatient Procedure Center, Procedural RN. You will circulate and assist in GI procedures, coordinate with pre/post teams, educate patients and families, and align with Mayo Clinic's Nursing Professional Practice Model.

New graduates can apply through the Nurse Residency Program; state licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of professional RN experience is required.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the procedural setting and circulate/assist in GI procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in pre/post areas to plan, educate, and coordinate care.
• Possibly participate in Nurse Residency program and adapt to flexible hours including days/evenings/nights/weekends.
