Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in the GI procedural suite, circulating and assisting in procedures. You will collaborate with teams to plan and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and support new graduates through onboarding programs.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, at least 1 year of experience, and strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills. The role is nonexempt with a 48-hour pay period and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the procedural setting, circulating and assisting in GI procedures.
• Collaborate with pre/post nursing staff to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Educate patients and families; orient colleagues and peers as needed.
• Potential involvement with Nurse Residency Program for new graduates.
