Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Procedural RN to support the GI suite in Gonda 2 South. You will circulate and assist in the procedural setting, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.

The RN will collaborate with nursing staff, educate patients and families, and participate in professional practice leadership and quality improvement initiatives. This role supports new graduate residency opportunities and requires an active RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in applicable state.
• 1 year of professional RN experience required.
• ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in GI procedural suite.
• Coordinate patient care with pre/post areas and educational needs.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and participate in quality improvement.
