The role leads a GI Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team and partners with the MSL Head to drive strategy, execution, and scientific engagement across the region. You will oversee coaching, performance reviews, and field programs, ensuring compliant, insight-driven activities that advance immunology and GI therapies while collaborating with Medical Affairs and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical industry and 2+ years in MSL or equivalent roles.
• GI/Immunology experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a GI Medical Science Liaison (MSL) regional team.
• Set regional priorities and actionable plans with the MSL Head.
• Coach and develop direct reports, using a strengths-based approach.
