Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting for a Field Director, GI – West to be based in the Western U.S. territory which includes: California, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, North Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; GI/Immunology preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma or related field; MSL leadership experience.
• GI/Immunology expertise and prior people management preferred.
• Strong data gathering/analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a GI MSL regional team to execute scientific engagement strategies.
• Set regional TA priorities with the MSL Head and drive execution.
• Coach and develop direct reports with strength-based feedback.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional partners on programs.
• Ensure compliant, high-impact field Medical Affairs activities.
• Translate insights into strategy and lifecycle plans.
