Formación

• Master’s degree in health sciences is the minimum requirement.
• Extensive experience in Medical Affairs and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, mentor, and coach an MSL team to meet strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute annual team plan; monitor performance and productivity.
• Engage with KOLs/HCPs and internal stakeholders; report using digital tools.
