The role requires strong product knowledge, strategic planning, and the ability to travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in health/science/pharma
• Five years+ in pharma/health/science with 3+ years in pharma sales
• Ability to adapt selling approach to customer style
• Proven sales success and solid presentation skills
• In-depth product/therapeutic knowledge; credible resource
• Strong business acumen and use of business tools
• Meets HCIR credentialing requirements (background checks, immunization)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and marketing objectives to meet targets.
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and evaluate calls to improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements with AbbVie customers.
• Develop and execute a call plan to optimise coverage and frequency for key accounts.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
