SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is seeking a Real Property Specialist/GFEBS Analyst to maintain accurate real property financial data in GFEBS and support FIAR compliance. You will manage real property records, ensure existence, completeness, and data integrity for audit readiness.

Responsibilities include entering and reconciling records, coordinating physical inventories, and controlling documentation. Required are security clearances eligibility, strong communication, organizational skills, and the

Qualifications

• Must be capable of obtaining necessary security clearances (CAC).

Responsibilities

• GFEBS Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain real property records in GFEBS, ensuring data complies with rules and accounting standards.
• FIAR: Reconcile real property records with physical inventory and ensure transactions are supported by documentation.
• Physical Inventory: Coordinate physical inventories, verify category codes and usage, and update records with accurate square footage.
• Documentation Control: Ensure real property files align with GFEBS entries.
