Job summary

BFG Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support Army real property records, audit readiness, and accountability. You will coordinate with Realty staff and provide reporting to the USARC Engineers Real Property Branch. Employment supervision remains with the hiring contractor.

This on-site role in Devens, MA requires a SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and 2+ years of DoD real property experience. Travel ~25% is required as duties demand.

Qualifications

• At least two years of DoD real property experience.
• GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS proficiency required.
• SECRET clearance before full performance, maintained throughout.
• U.S. citizenship required; English reading/writing/speaking proficient.

Responsibilities

• Update GFEBS real property records for acquisitions, disposals and capital improvements.
• Plan and perform physical inventories; research assets and prepare capitalization packets.
• Resolve InSITE discrepancies involving UICs, codes, and asset data.
• Reconcile GFEBS and HQIIS, maintain exception logs and actions.
• Prepare monthly status reports and support audit/document retrieval.
