BFG Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support Army real property records, audit readiness, and accountability. You will coordinate with Realty staff and provide reporting to the USARC Engineers Real Property Branch. Employment supervision remains with the hiring contractor.

This on-site role in Devens, MA requires a SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and 2+ years of DoD real property experience. Travel ~25% is required as duties demand.

About the role

BFG Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support the 9th Mission Support Command under the USARC Analyst Support program. Help maintain accurate Army real property records, strengthen audit readiness and support facility accountability. Coordinate daily work with local Realty staff and provide reporting to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Real Property Branch. Employment supervision remains with the hiring contractor.

What you'll do

• Update GFEBS real property records for acquisitions, disposals and capital improvements, working with local Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Realty staff.

• Plan and perform physical inventories under AR 405-45. Research found-on-site assets, as-built drawings and transfer records; prepare DD Form 1354 capitalization packets.

• Resolve InSITE discrepancies involving UICs, facility/category codes, historic and disposal status, square footage, acreage, sustainment and operational status.

• Reconcile GFEBS and HQIIS records, including the Universe of Transactions, Unmatched Transactions and Intermediate Document (IDOC) failures; maintain weekly exception logs and corrective actions.

• Prepare monthly status reports and leadership briefings; document inventory and remediation progress; support audit-document retrieval, quality reviews and Army taskers.

Required qualifications

• At least two years of Department of Defense real property experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS (Headquarters Installation Information System). Relevant roles include Real Property Maintainer, Real Property Inventory Inspection Processor, Business Intelligence Reporter and Asset Master Data Maintainer.

• SECRET clearance before full performance, maintained throughout the assignment. Interim SECRET is acceptable pending favorable final adjudication. Ability to obtain required DoD Common Access Card and installation access.

• U.S. citizenship unless the Government approves the exception allowed by the contract. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English effectively.

Preferred education and experience

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real property, real estate or facilities management.

Work setting and travel

Work includes office-based analysis and field inventories. This is an on-site position; situational telework requires Government approval and is not guaranteed. Authorized travel and short-notice surge support may be required: five business days for missions within the continental United States and the contract-specified ten-day response window for missions outside it. Maintain appropriate travel identification and a valid means of electronic payment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
