The role ensures existence, completeness, and accuracy of inventory and requires the ability to coordinate inventories and manage documentation. The position emphasizes strong Excel skills, experience with federal real property processes, and the capability to obtain required security clearances.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of federal real property management, audit support, or financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in GFEBS navigation, reporting, and real property modules.
• Knowledge of federal accounting policies related to real property.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain real property records in GFEBS following business rules and standards.
• Reconcile real property records with physical inventory and ensure documentation supports financial transactions.
• Coordinate physical inventories, verify category codes, and update records for accurate square footage and usage.
• Maintain consistency between physical/digital files and GFEBS entries.
