Job summary

Red River Science & Technology, LLC seeks a Property Administrator to ensure security and inventory accuracy for Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property. You will maintain hand receipts, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate cyclic inventories in accordance with Army regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Property Book in GCSS-A.
• Proficient in PIEE- GFP Module.
• Strong knowledge of Calendar applications in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records and perform property functions in GCSS-Army and PIEE.
• Prepare hand receipts for all hand receipt holders; cyclic inventories; post inventory results, and final document filing as required.
• Coordinate turn-ins and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% asset accountability.
