Job summary

remoteo is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join its international team in a fully remote role based in Spain. You will act as the primary contact for dealers and end users, diagnosing technical inquiries and guiding product usage from your home.

The position is full-time (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00). You should be based in Spain with valid work authorization and thrive in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• German (C1/C2) fluency with advanced English required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support.
• Comfort with CRM and support tools.

Responsibilities

• First line of support for dealers and end users via phone and email.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide users through solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices.
• Create, track, and resolve support tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation in support systems.
