Job summary

5CA is seeking a Customer Support Agent to deliver service for multinational Consumer electronics and E‑commerce brands from a remote home office. You’ll engage customers by email, live chat, social media and phone, and you will troubleshoot issues to help them quickly.

You will participate in assisted training to improve your skills and support our clients across 80+ countries, using German (C1) and English (B2) to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• German language level C1 or higher.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Interest in e-commerce, consumer electronics and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work with new technologies and products.
• Fast learner with initiative and troubleshooting skills.
• Dedicated quiet workspace located at home.
• Experience in customer service is a plus (optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, live chat, social media and phone.
• Troubleshoot customer issues calmly and effectively.
