You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals, promoting a partnership model and driving conversions from Germany and across the EU. Based in an EU member state with availability 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday, you will log call outcomes in the CRM, meet monthly targets, and contribute to scalable telesales

Qualifications

• German language fluency required.
• Experience in outbound sales or telesales is essential.
• Comfortable with targets and structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and present the partnership model.
• Qualify interest, handle objections, and move prospects forward.
