The Global Talent Co. is hiring for a fast-growing European clean energy company expanding its network of sales partners.

You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals, promoting a partnership model and driving conversions from Germany and across the EU. Based in an EU member state with availability 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday, you will log call outcomes in the CRM, meet monthly targets, and contribute to scalable telesales

Formación

• German language fluency required.
• Experience in outbound sales or telesales is essential.
• Comfortable with targets and structured documentation.

• They're scaling their network of independent sales partners across Germany and building a small, focused telesales team.
• You'll be on the phone daily, running structured outbound campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run high-volume outbound calls and pitch the partnership model confidently.
• Qualify interest, manage objections, and move prospects to the next step.
• Log call outcomes in the CRM and work toward monthly call and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent German is required; prior outbound sales or telesales experience is a must.
• You're a driven communicator comfortable with targets and structured documentation.
• Based in an EU member state and available 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.
