Keeper Security in Ireland is seeking a driven Account Manager fluent in French and English to grow revenue within a named accounts portfolio in the EMEA region. This is a hybrid role for those near Cork, Ireland, or fully remote for others.

You will manage senior client relationships, negotiate renewals, cross-sell and upsell Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (upselling & expansion).
• Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written).
• Strong technical knowledge on software integrations (SSO, Directory) and onboarding.
• Experience selling to Enterprise organisations and C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Carry a revenue quota for named accounts and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Senior Management, including C-level contacts.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
• Present Keeper solutions and drive adoption and value across portfolios.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Keeper teams to resolve issues and ensure customer success.
