Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Crew Purser to lead financial and administrative operations onboard. You will manage passenger and crew accounts, ensure accurate data entry in Fidelio, and coordinate visa and travel documents for crew sign-on and sign-off.

The role requires hospitality background, shipboard experience, and strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure in an international environment.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite; Fidelio Cruise modules: Payroll, Data Import, US APIS, Quick Check In.
• Hospitality background preferred; travel industry and shipboard experience required.
• Experience in front office, revenue operations and crew operations.
• Excellent administrative and leadership skills; ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew passport and seaman’s book records, and Fidelio data entry.
• Coordinate visas for crew signing off and sign-on process in Fidelio.
• Balance Fidelio to crew movements and print crew passes.
• Support training and development of crew pursers and administrators.
• Oversee safety, welfare, and compliance with company policy.
