Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks an International Guest Services agent onboard our cruise ships. You will assist guests from non-English-speaking groups, translate, and coordinate special requests to ensure a first-class experience.

Responsibilities include handling restaurant bookings, dietary needs, tours, and VIP greetings, with attendance at embarkation and port talks as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree in Public Relations and/or Hotel management from a recognized institution.
• Fluent English and strong written language skills; proficiency in at least one additional language.

Responsibilities

• Assist non-English-speaking guests at the Guest Services Desk and translate as needed.
• Coordinate group events with Group Services Coordinator and Guest Service Manager.
• Assist with embarkation, disembarkation, port talks and in-ship guest needs.
