Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Cruise Specialist to assist travel partners and direct guests with individual and group cruise reservations, sharing product information, and advising of sales promotions. You will handle calls and emails, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining accurate bookings.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of call center or related travel industry experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years call center or related travel industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of reservation systems in a call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle telephone inquiries from Oceania Cruises guests, including travel partners and direct guests.
• Provide superior customer service and product knowledge to all Oceania Cruises guests.
• Effectively employ sales techniques to increase sales revenue and provide complete customer satisfaction.
• Provide consultative telephone support to travel partners and direct guests in a positive, knowledgeable manner.
• Assist and support other departments to reach service, productivity, quality, and revenue goals.
• Follow-up on available leads and close potential sales opportunities.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge base and sales performance.
• Perform other job related functions as assigned.
