Bella Bona is seeking a Customer Support & Automation Specialist (German Speaker) to own and scale our customer support operations. You will design processes, automations, and tools to ensure thousands of employees receive meals smoothly while delivering a professional, responsive service.
You will manage end-to-end support for end users and champions (HR/admins), reduce response times, build knowledge bases, and work with operations, product, and logistics to continuously improve the customer

- Experience with startup or high-growth operations is a plus

- Own end-to-end customer support across two groups: End Users and Champions
- Design and implement scalable support processes and automations
- Reduce response times and improve resolution rates
- Build knowledge bases and internal documentation
- Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause elimination
- Collaborate with operations, product and logistics teams
