Optro is seeking a German bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team on the front lines, assisting enterprise clients with technical challenges and ensuring an exceptional experience with the Optro platform.

You will diagnose issues via email, live chat and video, become a product expert, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and leverage AI tools and knowledge bases to draft responses and summarize tickets. Polish residents and BST hours required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree cond. or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years SaaS/Tier 1 customer support experience.
• German language at C1 or advanced proficiency and English at a professional level.

Aufgaben

• Resolve client issues via email, live chat, and video sessions.
• Be a product expert to guide customers on features and functionality.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue resolution.
• Use AI tools and knowledge bases to draft responses and summarize tickets.
