Job summary

Nezasa is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to own the German-speaking customer portfolio, coordinating onboarding, integrations and go-live with cross-functional teams. You will drive AI-enabled processes and maintain strong stakeholder communication in German and English.

Location is remote (Europe) with optional offices in Lisbon/Zurich; you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customers achieve fast time-to-value and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing B2B software role (Delivery/Onboarding/CSM).
• Strong project management with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Excellent German and English communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a German-speaking customer portfolio from contract to steady state.
• Plan and run onboarding projects, define scope, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate multi-phase rollouts with internal teams and partners.
• Maintain visibility of timelines and escalate risks early.
• Lead product/configuration workshops and manage integrations.
• Run hypercare post go-live and drive product adoption.
