THG Ingenuity is seeking a German-English Customer Service Advisor for a remote, UK-based role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across live chat, phone, email and social media, and resolving order issues with professionalism.

The position is a 3–6 month contract with shift coverage from 8am–8pm and one in three weekends. Start date is 26 October, with generous annual leave, parental pay, volunteering days, and access to on-site and partner benefits.

• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and German.

Responsibilities
