Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Affiliate Manager to own affiliate partner relations, sell placements on website and newsletter, and bring in new paying partners. This is a hands-on role requiring daily German communication with partners and coordination during DACH business hours.

You will price, negotiate, and close deals, manage relationships across networks and direct partnerships, and work in a fully remote setup with a focus on high-value traffic partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience in publisher, network or advertiser roles.
• Experience managing affiliate partners and offers, tracking and commissions.
• Understanding of CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL and EPC metrics.
• Proven pricing, negotiating and closing affiliate deals independently.
• Fluent German and good English; German native preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage partnership inbox and respond to offers, tracking questions, and fraud queries.
• Build media kits and sell website placements and newsletter slots.
• Negotiate terms with partners for higher CPA/CPS, exclusive codes, bonuses.
• Acquire new shops, brands and fintechs via networks and direct deals.
• Track performance: clicks, conversions, EPC, basket size, rates.
• Report weekly on revenue, pipeline and top partners.
• Use AI tools to manage inbox and speed up reporting.
