Job summary

Raisin is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager DACH who will drive performance-based growth through affiliate and brand partnerships in Germany and Austria. You will hunt new partners, manage top accounts, and work with Product, Tech, and Marketing to scale our partner channel.

In this role, you will own end-to-end campaign management, optimise CPR/CAC, and ensure precise tracking and ROI. Strong German and English skills are required to collaborate with an international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Affiliate Marketing or performance marketing within the DACH region.
• Solid understanding of tracking setups, attribution models, and affiliate network mechanics.
• Experience with commercial remuneration structures and data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Excel).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Partner & Campaign Management: scale affiliate programs in the DACH region to hit CPR and CAC targets.
• Proactive Partner Acquisition: identify and onboard high-converting partners through direct outreach and industry networks.
• Key Account Growth: manage top-tier DACH partners with regular site audits and optimised assets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Investment and Pension teams to drive targeted affiliate initiatives.
• Operational & Tracking Excellence: ensure correct tracking, attribution, invoicing, and partner remittance processes.
• Data-Driven Performance & Cost Control: monitor channel performance and ROI, optimize campaigns.
