Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Agent (Partnerships & Affiliate) for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage partner relationships, sell advertising on our site and newsletter, and bring in new brands and shops with ownership from day one.

Requirements include fluent German, good English, and experience in sales, partnerships, or related commercial roles. Remote work, data-driven mindset, and familiarity with affiliate metrics are valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is a must for DACH partners.
• Good English language skills.
• Experience in a commercial role such as sales, business development, account management, partnerships or marketing.
• Confident negotiating and building relationships with business partners.
• Comfort working with numbers and performance data, and a willingness to learn affiliate metrics like commissions and conversion rates.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT to work faster and handle a busy inbox.
• Self-driven and organised, able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Affiliate marketing, e-commerce or cashback experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships and grow advertiser partnerships.
• Sell ad placements on website and newsletter.
• Identify and onboard new brands and shops.
• Own revenue outcomes from day one.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in a busy inbox.
