Qualifications

• Fluent German, spoken and written at C1-C2 level.

• Experience navigating CRM/claims platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent telephone advice to customers regarding motor vehicle insurance.
• Process new applications, vehicle changes, and account updates.
• Generate insurance offers during consultations.
• Schedule pension consultations within the service flow.
• Log and update customer accounts and case notes in real time.
• Handle and log incoming documents.
