Job summary

speakit in Greece is seeking fluent German speakers to join the German Customer Support Team for VW, the world’s largest automotive company. You will provide premium support for luxury vehicles’ digital services, handling inbound calls, chats and emails with high customer satisfaction.

Relocation to Athens is covered and you can work remotely from Greece. The role requires German C1 and English B2, 24/7 shifts with night rotations, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Native/near-native German (C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Basic technical skills (smartphones, internet, MS Office)
• Ability to work in rotational 24/7 shifts
• Ability to work remotely from home

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support for luxury vehicle digital services across channels (calls/chats/emails)
• Build trust through empathetic conversations
