Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical teams, mentor APPs, and partner with facility leadership to improve residents' health outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling, autonomy in practice, and opportunities for Medical Directorship, with comprehensive support and data-driven tools to guide care decisions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the employing state.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by evaluating new patients and performing history and physicals.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor APPs and lead clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Drive quality improvements and close clinical gaps in care.
• Promote Curana Health values and advocate for residents in facilities.
