Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and meaningful autonomy.

The role includes Medical Directorship opportunities, leading quality initiatives, and collaborating with facility leadership to enhance care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding at least once per week.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care delivery team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
