Job summary

Community LIFE McKeesport, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our geriatrics program. The physician will conduct periodic assessments, oversee specialist and inpatient care, and care for frail elderly participants in an on-site clinic with occasional home or SNF visits.

This full-time role features a Mon-Fri schedule, limited on-call, competitive benefits, PA license required, and a collaborative inter-disciplinary team focused on keeping seniors safely at home.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine completed.
• Geriatrics fellowship preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Periodic and episodic assessment and management of participants' medical conditions.
• Oversight of use of medical specialists and inpatient care; coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• See patients in on-site clinic; some home or SNF visits as needed.
