Job summary

Safro Staffing, recruiting on behalf of a client, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join a PACE program in the Pittsburgh area. This role offers challenging, meaningful work delivering comprehensive care to elderly participants in home and center settings.

You will lead clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise CRNPs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and high-quality care for participants in the PACE model.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License and DEA Registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive primary care for PACE participants.
• Conduct initial and ongoing participant assessments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs).
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Rotate in shared on-call coverage.
• Deliver both facility-based and in-home care as needed.
