Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations within our neighborhood primary care centers. You will work with large care teams to focus on quality and outcomes over volume, with a competitive bonus structure.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. A Center Medical Director path may be available for highly qualified candidates, with a 40-hour work week and full-time schedule.

Formación

• US work authorization required.
• Active DEA license required.
• State medical license required or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.

Conocimientos

Active DEA license

State medical license

Educación

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
