ChenMed seeks a Clinical Director in Florida to supervise and train PCPs, drive clinical quality and center performance, and contribute to direct patient care as needed. The role blends leadership with clinical duties, shaping team culture, engagement, and center outcomes across markets.

You will lead care teams, monitor center census, recruit providers when needed, and partner with operations leadership to improve financial and clinical performance.

Formación

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Active MD licensure in the state of employment.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics or similar.
• Board Eligibility required.
• DEA registration for schedule II-V.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses in older adults.
• Accountable for patient care outcomes and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with hospitalists when patients are admitted.
• Lead care team and coordinate care for office-based patients.
• Support for in-hospital, SNF, LTC, or homebound patients through the transition care team.
• Lead and participate in daily and weekly clinical leadership activities.
