Job summary

ChenMed LLC seeks a Clinical Director to supervise and train primary care providers in the center, focusing on clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction. You will lead care teams, coordinate with hospital/transition teams, and mentor PCPs to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities include managing complex geriatric care, recruiting and onboarding new providers, and partnering with operations leaders to improve center performance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics.
• Board eligible; board certification preferred.
• Current, active MD license in the state of employment.
• DEA license for Schedule II–V.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train PCPs to maximize clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Provide independent care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses in older adults.
• Lead care team and coordinate with transitional care teams and case managers.
• Mentor, coach, and manage PCPs to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Travel locally, regionally, or nationally for training and recruitment when required.

Education

Current active MD license in the state of employment
