ChenMed LLC seeks a Clinical Director to supervise and train primary care providers in its centers, focusing on high-quality clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The role blends leadership with hands-on patient care as needed, and requires driving center performance, clinician coaching, and culture-building across markets.

The position involves leading care teams, collaborating with hospitalists, and overseeing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar
• Current, active MD licensure in State of employment required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in geriatric/adult/family practice preferred
• Board certification in related field preferred; board eligibility required
• Must have DEA number for Schedule II-V substances
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment

Responsabilités

• Independently provides care for acute and chronic illnesses in older adults.
• Leads care team (medical assistant, care facilitator, care coordinator) in the office.
• Engages with hospitalists when patients are in hospital.
• Leads weekly SH and TCM meetings; supports center and market leadership.
• Fills in for center clinical leadership and monitors daily center census.
• Actively participates in recruiting patients and interviewing new providers.
