Job summary

Curative's Pace center in the Greater Denver Region is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a collaborative IDT focused on geriatric care. Enjoy a low-volume, high-impact schedule with 75-80 seniors, regular IDT meetings, and a weekly remote admin day.

Qualified candidates have Colorado NP licensure, DEA, and AGPCNP/FNP/ACNP or NCCPA credentials with 2+ years in geriatrics or related fields. Comprehensive benefits, sign-on, and relocation support available.

Our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center in the Greater Denver Region is looking for a compassionate, skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collaborative Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

  • Mon-Wed (On-Site): Clinic visits, acute assessments, daily IDT meetings.
  • Thu (Community): Local nursing facility / SNF / home visits.
  • Fri (Remote): Work-from-home charting, care coordination, follow-ups.
• Light On-Call: Dedicated Nurse Triage handles first-line calls; provider escalation is rare and receives supplemental call pay.
• Autonomy & Support: Direct reporting to the Medical Director with zero RVU quotas.

Requirements

• Active (or eligible for expedited) Colorado NP or PA license & DEA certification.
• AGPCNP, FNP, ACNP, or NCCPA certification.
• 2+ years experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, family practice, SNF, or home care preferred (standout new grads with strong RN/rotation background considered).
