Rocky Mountain PACE in Colorado Springs is seeking a physician leader to provide community-based rounding in subacute skilled nursing facilities. Flexible scheduling lets you control your day while making meaningful, patient-centered care a priority.

Lead clinical oversight, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor NPs and other providers, and champion care for frail elderly participants. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice in Colorado.
• ABMS Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (geriatrics preferred).
• DEA registration; ability to maintain hospital privileges.
• Experience in primary care with frail or elderly populations.
• Passion for mission-driven, whole-person care.

About the Role

• Community-based physician rounding in subacute skilled nursing facilities

• Low census: 10–20 participants seen once weekly


• Lead clinical oversight and quality for PACE provider services


• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive interdisciplinary team


• Serve as a physician leader and mentor to NPs and other providers
