Our mission is to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through an interdisciplinary team (IDT) approach that centers on dignity, equity, and compassion.

In our care model, we value connection. Whether it’s the relationship between a participant and a caregiver, or between team members at the conference table, we believe that healing happens in community. We invest in the well-being of our participants and each other knowing that whole people care best for whole people.
