Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop care plans, and discharge plans while supervising rehab staff and maintaining compliance with guidelines.

The role requires collaboration with facilities and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure where required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise assistants and Rehab Techs during treatment.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate with facilities and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
