Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver compassionate, patient-centered speech therapy to adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, quality outcomes, and continuity of care in a supportive environment.

You will evaluate, treat, and document progress, working with interdisciplinary teams to enhance communication, cognitive and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
